Guaranteed 100% Authentic maker marked baby US buckle. Soldier cut off belt hooks and used wire most likely for cap box. Initials JR in back as well but I can't be for sure if that is soldier marked or not but very well could be. Buckle has been cleaned and rubbed some of the gold wash off around outside edge and on the side of the letters but still a nice baby US buckle.
